About Chef Ethel Zhang

As the founder of Ethel's Cakery & Ethel's VegLab, two community-based platforms where people have access to unique whole foods, plant-based confectionary and dining, and participate in related hands-on workshops and activities. Ethel grew up in a family with generations steeped in the culinary art. Cooking has always been one of her biggest passions. She has lived and worked in six different countries, and traveled to almost forty, learning in the kitchens of local families and prestigious restaurants. Her plate is the presentation of her life.

作为伊索纯素烘焙和蔬食工作坊的创始人,经营着全食物全植物的甜品和晚宴平台,也包含教育性的工作坊,烘焙烹饪课程,和体验活动。在厨师世家长大的伊索,从小对食物就有着自己的见解和热爱。在过去的十年中,在六个不同的国家生活并背包深度游近四十个国家,在当地的家庭和餐厅研习本土烹饪和饮食文化。餐盘是她人生经历的演绎。
