We live in a society where we only tend to show people the great things we have are going through things we tend to hide. Also we live a society when we go through traumatic times we tend to find yourself in a places of loneliness.                

           
Trauma manifests itself in a number of different ways, with every person dealing and reacting with it differently. When confronted with trauma it can be difficult to know where to start – and often we can be fed the wrong information – due to so many of us requiring a different approach to getting over.

In this workshop we will be looking at that place of loneliness. Why we feel stuck is there a way we can really move from that place.

     " The solution to loneliness is finding ways to connect with                              yourself and others on a more emotional level."
