Transactional Analysisis a theory of human behavior and personality developed by Eric Berne in the 1960’s. It offers a range of models that can be used to better understand communication and relationships. In the field of coaching the most known is probably the Drama Triangle and the Parent-Adult-Child Ego-State Model. This workshop is for those interested in enhancing their Coaching skillsand relationships, and leading a better life. Transactional Analysis provides a comprehensive model to understand behavioral patterns, communication, interpersonal relationship, motivation, attitudes, conflict management and life span development for better living.
Focus and objectives
The course will offer you a way of understanding yourself and others. It will include concepts such as Ego States, Strokes, Psychological Games, Life Scripts, etc.
The course will be covered through exercises, role-plays and on application to personal examples in daily life.

Due to the early booking of this event cancellations can only be accepted in case of someone on the waiting list would be willing to take over the seat or the cancelling participant can find someone else to take his/her seat instead. The course can only booked as a two day course.
