Lifeline Shanghai believes staying connected and having meaningful conversations is something we can all do. You don't need to be an expert - just a good friend and a great listener. So, if you notice someone who might be struggling - start a conversation.
Through this workshop participants will learn how to ask R U OK? gaining valuable life skills and confidence in asking and supporting someone you are concerned about. This interactive workshop will take you through the steps of having a meaningful conversation and importantly, how to support someone getting the help they may need. It can all begin in asking "Are you ok?"
