Dr. Jonathan Woetzel is Senior Partner of McKinsey, has been based in China since 1985, and instrumental in building McKinsey & Company's China office. Jonathan is Director of the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI), McKinsey's business and economics research arm in Asia. He is also Global leader for McKinsey's Cities Special Initiative and is responsible for convening McKinsey's work with city, regional, and national authorities in more than 40 geographies around the world. Jonathan holds a degree in Political Science and doctorate in Philosophy (Political Science and Government) from The University of Southern California.

Yisha Peng is COO of TianRang Intelligence, City Brain. Over the past ten years, Yisha has been a product manager, a startup founder, and an investor, all in high-tech. Yisha has lived and worked in the US and China. Now as COO at Tianrang Intelligence, she runs Tianrang’s City Brain project which aims to empower our cities with AI and harness a new future. Yisha holds a master's degree from Stanford University.

Wang Yi, is Vice General Manager and Chief Business Officer of  ArcTron Data & Innovation Technology Co., (an Arcplus company). He is in charge of business development and management, as well as the Smart City and Building BU. As a veteran with 30 years experience with ECADI Wang Yi served as deputy director of domestic business department, deputy director of investment, executive deputy director of listing reform office of Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design (Group) Co. Ltd. Wang Yi is well positioned to reveal unique insights into the future of Shanghai's Smart City plan.
