.ABOUT THE TRAINING
Marketing people bring the horse to the water, Sales people make the horse drink, Customer Service people make the horse stay and enjoy the experience. Successful businesses know how to navigate each of these steps properly. During this interactive session, Abdel will take you through the process of engaging customers, uncovering their hidden needs, properly addressing their fears and resistances, and influencing the outcome of the negotiation. The first part of the session is for the “hunter” who aggressively knocks on doors and secure deals, the second part is for the “farmers” who maintain customers, babysit them, grow business to extract value from them and with them.
ABOUT THE TRAINER: Abdel is the author of We Have A Deal (优势成交: 老外这样做销售), Founder & Director of Eastheimer Training and Consulting (东方海默国际), Visiting Professor at EMLYON (里昂商学院), and Global Advisor at the Global Chamber. He is a graduate of Texas A&M International University.
