In this workshop, we invite you to examine different identities and assumptions of yourself and others, in order to strengthen understanding of who we are and how our identities interact with the world, through painting.
这个工作坊是为参与者们审视他们对自己和他人关系中的不同身份和种种假设。参与者们将更好的了解他们是谁以及他们的身份如何与世界产生互动的。

This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of age, ability, experience, or anything else.

About the Artist
Maria Christoforatou is a visual artist and Head of Art at the Britannica International School. She was former Visiting Lecturer at the University of the Arts London, having worked in Primary and Secondary schools, at the Tate Galleries, and at ROSSO Arts College in Shanghai.
Maria Christoforatou是一名视觉艺术家,同时也是不列颠英国外籍人员子女学校的艺术部长。她曾在伦敦艺术大学做访问学者,也曾在中小学、泰特美术馆以及上海罗素国际艺术教育中心工作。

Maria Christoforatou completed a practice-based MPhil(2009-2014) at Chelsea College of Arts & an MA in Fine Art/Painting (2008-2009) at Wimbledon College of Arts, UAL. QTS Holder from the Department ofEducation in UK and 5 years degree BA (Hons) in Fine Arts (Painting,Sculpture, Multimedia) (2001-2006) with a PGCE in Secondary Education(2005-2006) from Athens School of Fine Arts (ASFA), Greece.
2009-2014年,Maria Christoforatou获得尔西艺术学院研究型硕士学位(MPhil);2008-2009年,获得伦敦艺术大学温布尔登艺术学院的美术文学硕士学位(MA in Fine Art/Painting)。她持有英国教育部颁发的教师资格证书(QTS),并于2001-2006年获得五年艺术(绘画、建筑、多媒体)荣誉学士学位(BA (Hons))。同时,2005-2006年,她获得希腊雅典美术学院的中等教育研究生教育证书(PGCE in Secondary Education)。

Her work has been exhibited in museums, galleries, and biennials worldwide and awarded academic scholarships.
